If you find the commercial offensive, you can complain about it on their customer service department. Otherwise, your best bet would be tro change the channel for the meantime that commercial is airing. Generally, their is a split of commercial inventory between the network, local carrier and sometime the buyer of the time. In Dish's case, they are selling those spots, so you can't get rid of them.
