My relative live in Hargeisa, Somali land, East Africa and wants to receive Indian Sat Channels. Which type of Dish antenna, Satellite Receiver CARD type, payment mode, etc.,
I Live in DUBAI and is it possible to get these items in Dubai?

    Get it from Dubai, and it could either be made in India or Malaysia, or even Japan or Singapore.
    Permissions for the cards should however be bought from retailers in the broadcasting areas
