I have the 250 channel plan, but 100 of the channel are music. Can I take them off to save money?

I think I pressed a button and now my network will only take me to HD channels. But some of the channels I want to watch aren’t HD and I can’t watch those PLEEZ HELP!!

I accidently deleted some channels on my Dish Network menu and now can’t find them in the guide- does anyone know how to get it back?
Note- NOT DVR but Channels!!!
