Dish Network Does Not Provide Local Channels In Hd- How Do I Get Hd?

I have upgraded to HD with Dish network. Unfortunately my local channels are all in Standard def. I want to watch the Superbowl on NBC in HD- any suggestions?
Someone mentioned using an open air antenna on my reciever to get NBC signal in HD.
